Disclaimer
ChatWorks provides software infrastructure, messaging workflows, white label outlets, applets, marketplace tooling, and payment-related orchestration features on an as-available basis. ChatWorks does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery, merchant performance, service provider performance, or the suitability of the platform for any specific legal, commercial, or operational purpose.
Platform Role
Except where explicitly stated otherwise, ChatWorks acts as a technology platform and not as the seller, buyer, contractor, employer, insurer, bank, fiduciary, telecom operator, or regulated payment institution for the underlying goods and services offered by third parties using the platform. White label operators, applet owners, marketplace participants, and service professionals remain responsible for their own conduct, representations, fulfilment, pricing, licensing, tax treatment, and regulatory compliance.
No Professional Advice
Content delivered through ChatWorks, including bot responses, applet prompts, routing suggestions, pricing flows, and marketplace matches, is provided for operational convenience only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, engineering, medical, or other professional advice. Users must apply their own judgement and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
Messaging And Delivery Risk
ChatWorks relies on third-party messaging channels and infrastructure, including Telegram and Twilio for supported WhatsApp workflows. Message delivery, ordering, latency, template approval, and channel availability may be affected by third-party systems outside ChatWorks control. Telecom and data charges may apply to end users.
Payments And Balances
Message balances, reserves, rewards, and billing controls displayed in ChatWorks are operational platform records and do not, by themselves, constitute a bank deposit, stored value promise, or escrow guarantee unless a separate contractual and regulated arrangement expressly says so. Users are responsible for verifying that they have the required authority, funds, rights, and compliance basis before initiating any workflow or payment.
User Content And IP
Users are responsible for all content, listings, uploads, trademarks, promotional materials, and other information they submit through ChatWorks. ChatWorks may remove or restrict content where necessary for legal, safety, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons, but has no obligation to pre-screen every submission.
Limitation Context
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatWorks disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the platform, channel outages, third-party service failures, user misconduct, or inaccurate user- supplied information.
